Our Junior Chefs!
Junior Infants have been very busy since returning to school after the Christmas holidays. They have been learning poems about baking eg. "Pat-A-Cake" .
All this talk about food made them so hungry they decided to do some baking of their own. In keeping with the Healthy Eating Policy of the school they made brown bread sones and as a treat they made rice krispie buns which they enjoyed themselves and very kindly shared with the teachers.
